The photography area is happy to provide some equipment for student checkout during the semester. We have an array of offsite use digital cameras and lenses, tripods, 35mm film cameras, 4×5 film cameras, and strobes, and other equipment for use onsite only such as darkroom equipment, backdrops and backdrop stand kits, and other studio accessories.
5th January 2021 – We are moving our equipment rental system to the Connect2 interface. You will need to log in with your SJSU One credentials before you can be verified to rent equipment. Verification normally takes 24 – 48 business hours.
Fall 2020 – Due to COVID-19 we have implemented a new system of equipment rental to provide contactless service for your safety and ours. We ask for your patience as we continually update, and remove kinks from this new system. Please read through the instructions and information before requesting equipment.
